ReinCoat, LLC, Holds Groundbreaking Ceremony for New Galvanizing Facility

(DESHLER, Neb. – June 14, 2011) – ReinCoat?, LLC, a division of Reinke? Manufacturing, Inc., today held a groundbreaking ceremony in celebration of its new upcoming $10 million, 35,000 sq ft galvanizing facility. Reinke President Chris Roth welcomed many members of the Reinke family and special guests that included Thayer County Commissioners Dave Bruning, Chris Frye and Dean Krueger to the ceremony held at Reinke headquarters in Deshler, Neb. Governor Dave Heineman was set to attend the groundbreaking, but due to inclement weather was unable to land at the Hebron Airport.
“We had a successful event and are excited to get going on the construction of the new facility this summer,” said Reinke President Chris Roth. “We are looking forward to expanding Reinke’s scope of capabilities with this new addition while adding employment opportunities for area job seekers.”

The event began on Tuesday with a facility tour for attendees, followed by the groundbreaking ceremony and an all-employee lunch catered by the Deshler Lions Club.

The new galvanizing facility is expected to add up to 30 jobs to the rural Thayer County area economy and will allow Reinke to bring all galvanizing operations in-house under the ReinCoat division. Construction of the facility, which will feature highly-automated capabilities and environmentally-friendly features, is set to begin this summer and completion is expected by the end of 2011.
